The Tempest Dynasty

The Tempest Dynasty consists of Eastern European and Asian countries, a collective of former nations which suffered the most following World War 3. The fissures from which Tempest vines spread occur most regularly in areas of high radiation. With the majority of fallout being found within the borders of its founding nations, the Dynasty considers the arrival of the Tempest to be their birthright, claiming ownership of the Tempest as restitution of what they lost.

The Dynasty is nominally led by ex-Colonel turned figurehead Domovoy Molchalin, who led with distinction both during World War 3 and in the post-war restoration efforts. He was instrumental in bringing the various member nations of the Dynasty together under a single unified leadership able to halt the expansion and hegemonization efforts of the GDF. In recent years due to his failing health, Domovoy has withdrawn from leadership of the Dynasty and public appearances in general. His son Aleks Molchalin has assumed day-to-day control of the Dynasty in his father’s stead.

Distribution Mode

Creative modifications of Dynasty Power Plant maintenance and containment protocols allows for an intense and ongoing release of Tempest energy that has a remarkable effect on the electrical systems of nearby factories and weapons emplacements. They are effectively ‘overclocked’ with Tempest energy, allowing for dramatic increases in effective output. However, extended production above normal operating parameters has a deleterious effect on affected facilities, with excessive heat build-up and mechanical stressors progressively weakening structural integrity.

Building Upgrades

Building Upgrades

Dynasty facilities teams work to expand and shore up the functionality of their existing buildings when seeking to gain a technological advantage on the battlefield. Several Dynasty structures, including the Construction Yard, Barracks, Machine Shop, Radar, and Power Plant can be upgraded in-place with more advanced production systems and additional capabilities. For example, during the process of refitting Dynasty Machine Shops to produce their powerful experimental Tempest-powered vehicles, Dynasty Machinists also outfit them with a potent missile launcher for defense.

Plans

Plans

Dynasty Plans represent a massive commitment of manpower and materiel to a particular aspect of battle planning and effort, which can have a profound effect on manufacturing efficiency, harvesting operations, even going down to troops' trigger discipline and rules regarding ammunition conservation. At the present, the Dynasty have 3 main combat plans in use: the Martial Plan, focused mainly on aggressive battlefield operations, the Security Plan, concerned with repair and surveillance, and the Logistics Plan, which mostly centers on harvesting and economic efficiency.
